The rapid buildout of a young enterprise requires the addition of key individuals who can work collaboratively yet independently in a relatively unstructured, entrepreneurial environment. A high degree of self-motivation is essential. Compensation arrangements are flexible and include potential ownership positions.   

Research Scientist
The candidate must have a BS/BA or higher degree in a relevant field and familiarity with general molecular biology techniques. Experience in cell culture is highly desirable. A background in data analytics is helpful but not necessary.

Director of Development, Skincare
|This individual should have broad experience in the skincare industry, from either the scientific or business side, including product and/or brand development, marketing, and multiterritory partnering and distribution. He or she must have a strong desire to lead and an affinity for supporting science-based solutions.
